A big part of rap culture is fashion. On this blog I intend to point out on occasion stand out fashion items relevant to rap culture/rappers. We have seen plethora of rappers starting their own labels.
Some old school successful examples of that include:
- 50-Cent’s G-Unit
- Wu-Tang Clan’s Wu Wear
- Puff Daddy’s Sean John
More recently, Tyler the Creator with Golf, Kayne West with Yeezy and Tyga with Last Kings. Modern rappers all seem to have some kind of merch store or fashion line in the works.
The rap legend, Snoop Dogg, has been seen to be donning a ‘Doggystyle’ covered bomber jacket that has caught my eye. He recently released this for sale on his merch site ‘Snoopermarket.’
Definitely one piece that any Snoop Dog fans will consider adding to their wardrobe. Coming in at a decently priced, $200 US dollars.
